Child Development Specialist for Early Learning Centre

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at our centre in Rockingham, Perth. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing engaging and educational programs that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children aged 0-5 years.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing age-appropriate curricula that align with the Australian National Quality Standards;
- Collaborating with other educators to create a cohesive and inclusive learning environment;
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development;
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to staff members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care and education.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification;
- Current registration with the Western Australian Teachers Registration Board;
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
