Industrial Operations Manager

We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality products, committed to innovation and excellence in the manufacturing industry.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Production Operations: Manage production personnel to achieve agreed production outcomes through consultative and inclusive management techniques.
- Maintain Safety and Quality: Implement and maintain processes and procedures that ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all production activities.
- Foster Continuous Improvement: Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including production staff, suppliers, customers, and management.
- Monitor Progress: Monitor production progress and ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
You are a dynamic and results-driven professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Manufacturing/Production Manager role. Your experience in manufacturing operations, particularly in the building materials industry, and your practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles will be crucial to your success in this role.
You have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
Qualifications & Experience:- 3+ years of experience as a Production or Manufacturing Manager in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of ASW and BPCS systems (desirable).
- Experience in the building materials industry (desirable).
- Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of OH&S regulations and experience in implementing safety initiatives.
