Auction Coordinator Role Overview

The Auction Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for supporting the Equipment Manager with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Equipment Manager in training, leading and day-to-day guidance of the Equipment Inspection team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments related to auction processes and Detailed Equipment Information (DEI) Program.
  • Collect and verify information for the DEI Program.
  • Prepare advertising materials for upcoming sales.
  • Work with the Equipment Inspector to assess equipment and create photos for the DEI Program.
  • Resolve equipment contract and DEI-related issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
