Job Title: Community Support Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Community Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support services to our clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize tasks to ensure timely completion;
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills;
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legislative provisions related to privacy and confidentiality;
  • Cultivate strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex situations.
Requirements:
  • A valid C class driver's license;
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within a sensitive environment.
