We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Marketing and Communications Support Specialist to join our team. Our mission is dedicated to eliminating period poverty in Australia, and we are looking for individuals who share our vision.
The Marketing and Communications Support Specialist will provide administrative support to our senior marketing and communications manager and contribute to the impact of our mission across Australia through marketing, communications, and other initiatives.
- Administrative support for the marketing and communications team, including scheduling social media posts in various platforms and maintaining systems and databases related to marketing and communications.
- Drafting and assisting with creative briefs, content, and campaign assets for multiple platforms.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various channels.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally, establishing warm and respectful relationships with all stakeholders and possessing excellent communication skills.
This role requires someone who is adaptable, flexible, and responsive to changing circumstances. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, experience with social media scheduling, and strong communication skills.
To be successful, you will have:
- A certificate in business administration or a similar field.
- Proven experience in administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Experience with scheduling social media posts in various platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
