Automotive Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated sales leader to oversee all aspects of our sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Train and onboard new sales staff, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
  • Monitor sales performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide a comprehensive automotive experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience essential.
  • Proven track record of success in automotive sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of automotive sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
