Automotive Sales Leader

This is a senior leadership role that requires you to drive sales and profit targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for leading the customer experience team to deliver outstanding results.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and performance.
- Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial contact to delivery, to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Collaborate with stock control to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands.
- Lead finance and insurance teams to achieve performance goals and maintain compliance.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop your team to achieve high engagement and performance.
- Ensure adherence to retail processes and legal requirements.
- You have a proven track record of driving sales growth and profit in sales environments.
- You have successfully led and developed teams to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals.
- You possess strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You are focused on delivering excellent customer service and attention to detail, with a passion for upholding company values.
- Automotive industry experience and F&I knowledge are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is also advantageous.
- You hold a valid driver's license and are available to work flexible hours.
