Customer Service Manager - Gold Coast Region

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in the Gold Coast region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our venue.

  • This includes managing day-to-day service operations, resolving customer conflicts, training and developing staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • You will also be responsible for implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and overall business performance.
Requirements
