Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager at a boutique.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about skincare and has excellent communication skills. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example to engage, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
You will work closely with the Boutique Manager to track sales objectives and business plans, meeting and greeting prospective customers in-store to have skin consultations and providing exceptional customer experience. You will also possess an entrepreneurial spirit and want to contribute to your wider team and business through offering ideas to help strengthen the team and the business itself.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
