Job Title: Contract Manager

This fast-paced role works across multiple stakeholders, supporting project teams, driving contract performance, and maintaining documentation, compliance, and reporting to a high standard. Key responsibilities include managing customer and supplier contracts, tender submissions, and ensuring smooth contract delivery.

You will thrive in this environment if you have excellent communication and organisational skills, enjoy cross-team collaboration, and can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed, you must demonstrate 3 years' experience in contract administration, preferably in hotel or facilities management sectors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for customer and vendor contract and subcontract management.
  • Assist with tender submissions for new customer contracts.
  • Invoicing and progress claims in accordance with the contract.
  • Ensure all contract information and documentation is generated, received, maintained, and processed accurately and in a timely manner.
