Senior Placement Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Placement Officer to join our team at Box Hill Institute. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in supporting student placements with employers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full range of administrative activities related to student placements, including logistics, placement contracts, documentation, and communication with students and employers.
- Prepare and execute placement contracts, handle student and employer enquiries, and manage student and employer documentation.
- Organize and communicate placement logistics, ensuring records are compliant and up-to-date.
- Demonstrated experience within a similar role, with expertise in preparation of documents, record keeping, and handling administrative enquiries.
- Ability to respond promptly to internal and external client needs, following through on inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Experience working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve team goals, with excellent organizational skills, flexibility during peak periods, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing high-quality, accurate correspondence and reports to stakeholders.
