Key Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and compliance across New South Wales.

You will work closely with senior leaders to drive quality care through a well-supported and compliant workforce.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for support and clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with sector regulations, including AHPRA, NDIS, WWCC, police checks and health regulations
  • Oversee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes
  • Track HR metrics to inform business strategy and workforce planning
  • Partner with stakeholders to forecast staffing needs

Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • HR qualification (Degree or Diploma)
  • Experience in healthcare, NDIS, aged care or community sector recruitment
  • Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of workforce compliance and sector-specific regulations
  • Alignment with values of compassion, dignity and person-centered care
  • Bonus: Experience improving retention, audit readiness, and hiring turnaround
