Main Tasks:
  • Providing ongoing support to existing and future systems
  • Maintaining the uptime of Production & QA environments
  • Liaising with overseas teams to ensure around-the-clock coverage
  • Investigating and resolving issues raised by colleagues
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Meeting deadlines for work completion
  • Delivering accurate results within agreed timescales
  • Documenting alerts clearly and providing solutions
  • Developing new skills and techniques
Working Conditions:
  • An annual leave entitlement of six weeks
  • A tertiary qualification in an IT-related field is highly desirable
