About Grill'd

Grill'd is a dynamic and growing company that offers a unique blend of great food, excellent customer service, and a fun work environment. We're looking for experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team in South Brisbane and surrounding suburbs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of 20-50 staff members to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with Area Managers to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, including rostering, recruiting, stock management, and compliance
  • Empower team members to develop their skills and careers through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines
  • Manage business financials, including profit and loss, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement local community programs to engage with customers and build brand loyalty
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment venues, managing a team of 20+ staff members
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and creating a positive work culture
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high energy level
  • Customer-focused and able to empower team members to deliver excellent customer service
