Job Title: Strategic Partner Management Executive

The Strategic Partner Management Executive plays a pivotal role in driving operational agendas across market units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to senior executives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives that accelerate customer value realization, partner success, and internal efficiency.
  • Oversee planning and qualification of internal and external engagements for senior executives, including executive meetings, events, and communications.
  • Manage senior-level executive visits to expand customer engagement networks and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with leadership teams and peers across offices.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in strategy execution, planning, project management, business development, marketing, or management consulting.
  • Proven success in delivering cross-functional programs and executive-level initiatives within large organizations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with experience developing executive-level content.
  • Understanding of Go-to-Market functions, including sales, marketing, partner ecosystems, and customer success.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; capable of managing high-volume priorities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and maturity in handling confidential information.
  • Skilled at building trust-based relationships and driving outcomes through influence and collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of the company's strategic direction and industry trends.
