Job Overview

About the Role:

• This is a full-time or part-time position as a Footvolley Coach.
• The role is based in Brisbane and operates Monday to Saturday during business hours.
• This is an Australian Business Number (ABN) only opportunity with fortnightly payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and lead members during training sessions, implementing pre-planned footvolley strategies.
• Guarantee effective communication between coach and members, upholding respect during sessions.
• Deliver theoretical assessments as requested by the leading coach, part of the onboard training program.
• Participate in onsite training sessions when requested by the leading coach, as part of the training & development program.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is necessary.
• Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
• Reliability and punctuality are required.
• Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory.
• A valid work visa for Australia is essential.
• A passion for people is necessary.
• Eagerness for personal and professional growth is desirable.
• An energetic individual with a positive attitude.
• A Health & Physical Education Course (International or National - Fitness Certificate)
• A Bachelor of Health, Sports, & Physical Education is highly regarded.
