Key Role

As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for developing financial models to assess the feasibility and investment returns of various opportunities.

This rare opportunity offers exposure to funds management, infrastructure, hospitality, and private equity-style transactions. You will work alongside a highly regarded Investment Manager and engage regularly with senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle.

You will support transaction execution, due diligence, and capital structuring. Additionally, you will prepare high-quality investment materials and board papers.

  • Conduct market research and provide strategic investment insights to inform decision-making.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the property sector and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years' experience in investment banking, property development, private equity, or corporate finance is essential.

  • Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis skills are required.

  • Exposure to the property sector is mandatory.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Property, or similar are necessary.

  • A clear pathway toward senior roles within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
