We are seeking a sharp quant analyst with a demonstrated track record of delivering high quality research to inform robust portfolio decision making and performance.
In this role, you will confidently lead quantitative research on existing and new strategies and day-to-day management of domestic and global portfolios as part of our broader strategic objectives.
- Identify and lead research projects to enhance existing strategies and develop new ones.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of systematic equity portfolios.
- Develop and maintain a quant investment process and infrastructure.
- Provide expertise in domestic and global systematic strategies, portfolio optimisation/construction, and trade execution.
- Ensure compliance with all portfolio guidelines and processes.
- Monitor and report on investments including performance vs. risk/return expectations and modify where necessary.
Key skills include 5+ years' experience as a quant equities analyst, success leading quant research projects, knowledge of equity markets and quantitative modelling techniques, strong programming skills, and collaboration with a high-performing investment team.

- Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leading quant research projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of equity markets and quantitative modelling techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
