Investment Analyst Role

Our client, a private investment and development group, is seeking an ambitious Investment Analyst to support their expanding portfolio of strategic investments with a core focus on real estate development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop institutional-grade financial models to assess feasibility and investment returns.
  • Support transaction execution, due diligence, and capital structuring.
  • Prepare high-quality investment materials and board papers.
  • Conduct market research and provide strategic investment insights.

About You

  • 4-6 years' experience in investment banking, property development, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis skills.
  • Exposure to the property sector is essential.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Property, or similar.
  • A clear pathway toward senior roles within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
