Financial Analyst

  • Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raisings.
  • Coordinate external advisors (legal, tax, consultants) and assist with transaction structuring.
Materials & Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare high-quality investment materials including pitch decks, investment memorandums, and internal board papers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as capital partners, legal advisors, and consultants.
Research & Strategic Insights
  • Monitor macro trends, sector dynamics, and transaction benchmarks to support investment decisions and portfolio strategy.
  • Assist in pipeline tracking, performance reporting, and post-investment analysis.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in property development, real estate, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Exposure to the property sector and real estate is essential.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills, with the ability to build feasibility and DCF models from scratch.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities; able to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing institutional-grade materials.
  • Experience in infrastructure, funds management, or private equity is highly regarded.
