Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Night Auditor will be responsible for supporting the Night Manager in compiling reports and balancing hotel receipts and transactions.

This role involves working closely with the Night Manager to ensure accurate financial records and provide excellent customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile Reports: The Night Auditor will be responsible for compiling reports on hotel receipts and transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Balance Transactions: The Night Auditor will balance hotel transactions daily, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: The Night Auditor will provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Skill and Qualification: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a front office or reception role is preferred.
  • Availability: The Night Auditor must be available to work night shifts from 11pm to 7am.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer programs, including Property Management Systems (PMS), is highly desirable.
