Indulge in award-winning restaurants, memorable meeting and event spaces, The Beauty Room, wellness centre, water salon and our own private marina.About The RoleWe are seeking a true industry professional with a passion for guest relations who wishes to join a vibrant and energetic team.Reporting to the Front Office Manager & Night Manager, you will be involved in all matters affecting overnight guest service and hotel operations to ensure our guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout their stay.This is a part-time role and you will be required to work a rotating roster which will include weekends and public holidays.
The shifts are generally 11:00pm to 7:00am, however may require you to finish late during busy times.About YouExcellent customer relations, problem solving, decision making and time management skillsPrevious experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environmentAn aptitude for figures, reconciliation and Excel spreadsheetsStrong communication skills both written and verbalExcellent personal presentation and an eye for detailHighly developed organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressureProven ability in the operation of a hotel property management system (Opera or RMS)If you are enthusiastic about delivering an experience that consistently surprises and delights our guests, please apply now.
