Financial Operations RoleJob Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Financial Crime Operations (FCO) Quality Control team as a Manager. This role will be responsible for improving quality across all facets of FCO by understanding insights and helping form up quality improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to set the strategic direction, define performance targets, and provide core enablement functions including governance, workforce optimisation, performance insights, strategic initiatives, change management, capability, communications, etc.

  • Unlocking insights relating to FCO quality;
  • Working with stakeholders to prioritise quality improvement initiatives;
  • Tracking status to ensure initiatives are delivered in a timely manner;

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Financial Crime Operations or Deterrence, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, continuous improvement mindset, proven strong stakeholder management experience, and demonstrated ability in strategic thinking.
