Job Title: Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team.

The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service in rating and property information functions, aligning with operational plans.

Key duties include:

  • Maintaining accurate rates, property, and NAR databases
  • Processing notices of transfer and Section 603 certificates
  • Negotiating payment arrangements with ratepayers
  • Providing high-quality customer service and processing inbound rating enquiries

This role reports to the Rates Coordinator and works within the Customer Experience team.
