About the Opportunity:As Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of trauma-informed programs that support women experiencing domestic and family violence, mental health challenges, and complex life circumstances.
- Lead strategic and operational delivery of a diverse range of therapeutic services.
- Provide clinical leadership, risk oversight, and service quality assurance.
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
- Drive DFSV and mental health program innovation, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice.
- Foster partnerships with community stakeholders to support holistic care.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to trauma-informed, feminist practice and experience working with diverse communities and marginalised groups.
