Job Opportunity: Mental Health Program Manager

This esteemed community-based health organisation is seeking an experienced leader to oversee a wide portfolio of therapeutic programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic and operational delivery of a diverse range of therapeutic services.
  • Provide clinical leadership, risk oversight, and service quality assurance.
  • Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
  • Foster partnerships with community stakeholders to support holistic care.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, counselling, social work or related field.
  • Experience in program management and clinical leadership, within DFSV services.
  • Strong clinical skills, particularly in trauma, domestic/family violence, and mental health.
  • Deep understanding of feminist principles and gender-informed care.
