About the ServiceYou will work with individuals navigating mental health challenges, providing expert assessment, therapy, and care coordination right where they live. You will collaborate with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services including assessment, care coordination, intervention, liaison, and review as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Work collaboratively with consumers, their families, and carers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders and other healthcare professionals.
- Tertiary qualifications and registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist OR Tertiary qualifications for Social Worker, Counsellor, or Welfare Officer with eligibility for membership with relevant professional associations.
- Experience in contemporary clinical mental health practice, including conducting mental health assessments and providing evidence-based interventions.
- Understanding of the NSW Mental Health Act (2007) and the concept and principles of mental health rehabilitation and recovery.
