The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join our team at Region Group. This full-time position is based in Sydney, NSW and will play a key administrative and organisational role in supporting the property management functions of our clients business. As a Property Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the overall success of our growing real estate and property operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the property management team, including processing rental applications, maintaining tenant records, and coordinating property inspections
- Assisting with the preparation of lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Handling a range of financial tasks, such as processing rent payments, generating invoices, and reconciling accounts
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining detailed property records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Providing support for property marketing activities, such as coordinating viewings and preparing property listings
- Assisting with the coordination of property maintenance and repairs as needed
About You
- Proven experience as a Property Administrator or in a similar administrative role within the real estate or property management industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
