We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Armadale.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls and emails
- Processing student attendance records and follow up on absentees
- Performing general administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and filing

Essential Qualities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential
- Proficient in IT and able to learn new systems quickly

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 per year. The successful candidate will work a standard 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Location:

The role will be based at one location.
