About Our Front Desk Role
We are a group of chiropractic clinics with multiple locations across Perth, providing musculoskeletal injury care for athletes and the general population.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for front desk administration support, liaising with patients professionally and caringly.
- Booking appointments using our system, either in person or over the phone is a key responsibility of this role.
- Taking payment from patients using HICAPS and EFTPOS is also a critical function.
Previous experience in healthcare management is highly regarded as it demonstrates your ability to manage and coordinate administrative tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative, and decision-making ability are essential requirements for this role.
Proficiency in online booking systems and IT is necessary to effectively perform your duties.
Strong organisational skills, especially appointment management are required to ensure the smooth operation of our clinics.
Excellent interpersonal, managerial, and communication skills are crucial for this role.
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) are required to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.
Work DetailsThis role involves working varied shifts Monday to Friday and Saturday, which may include early morning and afternoon shifts.
Shifts typically last between 4-5 hours and include regular breaks to ensure your well-being.
