Job Title: Front Desk Team Lead
Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven team leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Front Office team. As a Front Desk Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding your colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless hotel operations.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the front desk team and provide guidance on procedures and best practices.
- Ensure that all guest interactions are positive and productive.
- Act as a liaison between guests and other departments to resolve complaints and challenges effectively.
- Process and assist with check-in and check-out of guests when needed.
- Respond to and coordinate emergency situations promptly.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera.
- Able to maintain high levels of communication with other departments.
- Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster including overnight shifts.
