We are seeking an enthusiastic Youth Program Facilitator to support our mission. This role involves working with young people, teachers, and other stakeholders to enhance academic learning, wellbeing, and vocational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the delivery of pastoral care and community development programs to meet student wellbeing needs and attendance targets.
  2. Plan and lead wellbeing programs to support students.
  3. Support the delivery of vocational training programs offered to students.
  4. Form intentional relationships with young people to identify and address their strengths, passions, interests, and unmet needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV or above in Youth Work, Community Services, or a related field.
  • A Positive Notice Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with young people and their families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Commitment to working with young people using the Strengths Approach and non-judgmental, empathic frameworks.
