Telesales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Consultant to join our team in Crewe, working closely with our successful Fuel Card Sales Team.

Job Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for top sales agents to advance their careers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish conversations with prospective customers over the phone.
  • Utilize effective questioning techniques to engage prospects and keep the conversation moving forward.
  • Collect and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and competitor data.
  • Negotiate confidently to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome for both the business and customer.
  • Closure of deals.
  • Listen to customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Provide customers with product information.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • An upbeat, friendly approach to speaking with customers is essential.
  • Proven sales experience with evidence of achieving set KPIs.
  • Aspirations to progress within the company as it grows versus the 5-year plan.
  • Confident negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication skills across all platforms.
  • PC literate.
