Our Graduate Program

As a Gamuda graduate, you will be supported through an 18-month development program including structured workshop learning and on-the-job training through exposure to our Corporate Functions in our North Sydney Head Office or on current projects in delivery and in our tender teams.

As a Human Resources Graduate, you will be exposed to a range of HR functions including HR Advisory & Administration, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, and Learning & Development within our Head Office or on one of our project teams.

Our graduate program is delivered in partnership with Engineers Australia and is focused on developing your leadership and management skills as well as your technical competencies.

About You

You will be a recent graduate or final year student completing studies in Human Resources, ideally with some exposure in an HR or Office Administration role.

You will be a motivated individual keen to develop innovative solutions to problems, able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across a variety of disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Provide support to the HR team in areas such as recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs and workshops
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management
