Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional to join our team at our hearing clinic in Warringah Mall.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and manage the experience of our clients for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
- Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Billing our clients correctly and taking a range of payments
- Learn and competently use a range of software and applications
- Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
