Job Title

An Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Manager will be responsible for executing the Firm's agreed ID&E strategy in the Asia Pacific region.

This role will collaborate closely with various committees and local leadership to advance inclusion and diversity goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering ID&E initiatives in the region;
  • Supporting the ID&E global team in key projects to integrate ID&E into the region;
  • Implementing diversity awareness education programming, workshops, and seminars to support all personnel;
  • Attending relevant Sydney-based forums;
  • Managing office ID&E Committees to plan initiatives and programs each year;
  • Driving Australian ID&E initiatives with the Australian Office ID&E Committee and management team;
  • Leading ID&E events within Australian offices;
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of information for internal and external annual reporting requirements;
  • Liaising with external stakeholders across the region;
  • Maintaining committee spending within the ID&E budget;
  • Collaborating with business professional teams;
  • Compiling, analysing, and maintaining ID&E-related data and metrics;
  • Building relationships with lawyers and professionals participating in committees;
  • Taking part in inter-firm peer support groups and networking opportunities;
  • Monitoring external best practices and thought leadership.
