Senior Geospatial Solutions Architect

We're seeking a seasoned technical leader to design and deliver innovative geospatial solutions across the enterprise. As our Principal Solution Engineer, you'll leverage the ArcGIS platform to drive business growth and transformation.

  • Achieve strategic outcomes by architecting and leading geospatial solutions that integrate with cloud infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, and broader IT ecosystems.
  • Influence client strategies and purchasing decisions through compelling solution designs and demonstrations.
  • Mentor and develop the Solution Engineering team, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent us regionally and globally, showcasing our solutions at industry events and conferences.

This role is pivotal in shaping the adoption of geospatial technology across Australia and APAC, enabling organisations to unlock the full value of location intelligence in their digital transformation journeys.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven expertise designing and delivering enterprise solutions with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT environments, and integration with corporate systems (CRM, BI, EAM).
  • Extensive experience in a senior consulting or presales role, with the ability to engage at executive levels and influence strategic outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • A track record of trusted client relationships built on credibility, innovation, and results.
  • A passion for mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and fostering team capability.
  • Degree qualifications (bachelor's or master's) in GIS, IT, or a related discipline — or equivalent industry experience.
