Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Director to lead our quality and compliance initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving compliance with relevant laws and regulations while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the quality team, facilitating regular quality meetings and communication strategies nationally
  • Compliance framework management, maintain and monitor the compliance framework to meet legislation, codes and internal standards
  • Monitor accreditation and compliance with regulatory expectations across all sites, ensuring actions are taken if requirements are not met
  • Manage the Recovre Quality Management System and ensure compliance during ISO9001 audits
  • Provide coaching to State Managers regarding the implementation of quality models and processes
  • Oversee client complaints and compliments, ensuring they are documented and managed within agreed timelines
Requirements:
  • Qualifications as an appropriate health professional and registration with AHPRA; or qualified as an auditor/compliance professional with experience in consulting in RTW rehabilitation, health and wellbeing environment
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory risk principles, including ISO31000:2018 and experience implementing risk frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of industry regulations
  • Proven ability to develop, lead, and implement national projects and initiatives
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, problem solve and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders

  • An estimated annual salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 based on location and experience
