Commercial Director Assistant Senior Role Sydney

A rare opportunity has emerged for an exceptionally skilled and efficient Executive Assistant to join News Corp in their Sydney Head Office.
This key role will provide high-level support to the Commercial Director, State & Communities and Managing Director, NSW, in a rapidly evolving industry.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Inbox and calendar management on behalf of the Managing Director: Crafting meticulous agendas, coordinating international and domestic travel, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Leadership Meeting Coordination: Prepare comprehensive minutes and agendas, facilitating productive discussions among senior executives.
- Expense Management: Process invoices, reconcile corporate credit card statements, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Broad Support: Assist with presentations, document creation, and team communications, showcasing exceptional organisational skills and professionalism.
- Project Management: Plan and execute internal and external events, requiring excellent discretion and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant to senior-level executives in a fast-paced industry like media.
- Mastery of inbox and calendar management with multiple concurrent meetings.
- Demonstrated expertise in organisation, discretion, and task prioritisation under pressure.
- Solid administration and computer skills, particularly across MS Office and Google Suite.
- Exceptional written skills to draft correspondence on behalf of the Executive.
- Understanding of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
