The Quality Management Function

Luerssen Australia is seeking a highly skilled Quality Management professional to lead the quality management function within our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies to ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the quality department to ensure effective quality control and quality assurance processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Establish quality goals and objectives and monitor performance against key metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Extensive experience in quality management within a manufacturing or engineering environment at a senior leadership level.
  • Demonstrated senior leadership skills with a track record of driving quality improvements.
