NSW SES is seeking a Senior Technology Leader to oversee the operational management of all NSW SES ICT infrastructure.
This role involves managing skilled technical teams, partnering with business stakeholders, and promoting collaboration with other ICT units to ensure NSW SES infrastructure supports digital transformation and builds an IT environment that is secure, reliable, and high performing.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading a technical team in the management of networks, servers, and end-user devices, as well as demonstrated expertise in overseeing core infrastructure operations, managing service delivery processes, and ensuring cyber security and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience leading a technical team in the management of networks, servers, and end-user devices.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing core infrastructure operations.
- Expertise in managing service delivery processes, including technical escalations, asset lifecycle, and technical documents.
- Knowledge of cyber security and compliance requirements.
