Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Manager
This is an ongoing full-time opportunity for a senior professional to lead high-performing teams delivering capital and asset improvement initiatives in natural settings.
About The Role- Oversee the strategic delivery of construction projects across national parks.
- Manage geographically dispersed teams to deliver high-priority infrastructure initiatives including:
- Visitor facility renewals and upgrades
- Roads and fire trail improvements
- Operational infrastructure enhancements
- Ensure quality outcomes across visitor and operational assets.
- Lead project management, procurement, contract administration, and project governance excellence.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project delivery with strategic objectives.
- Be comfortable with frequent travel to support project delivery and team coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex capital works or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage remote teams and drive performance.
- Expertise in procurement, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
- An understanding of asset management principles preferably within a government or environmental context.
- Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in delivering projects in natural settings.
