Job Opportunity

As Senior Manager ICT Infrastructure and Service Delivery, you will oversee the strategic and operational portfolio of NSW SES ICT Infrastructure services. You will lead multi-disciplined teams to enhance and maintain our server, network and workstation environments.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units and external vendors to ensure our technology environments are aligned to government objectives.
  • In delivering ICT infrastructure, assets and software, you will ensure technology is reliable and fit for purpose to support service outcomes.
About The Role

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Have proven leadership experience of multidiscipline ICT teams.
  • Have hands-on and supervisory experience across core infrastructure, ensuring reliability and high-quality support.
  • Have strong ITIL-based service management skills across tracking tickets, managing assets, and documenting work.
  • Have experience with desktops, laptops, servers and networks.
  • Have a solid cyber security and compliance focus, including patching, vulnerability management and hardening access and governance.
  • Be able to clearly communicate and contribute positively to projects and procurement processes.
  • Have experienced relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
