The estimated salary for this position is between $150,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

About the Role

This Digital Transformation Finance Leader will support CFOs in their digital transformation journey, leading Oracle Consulting Finance implementation. The role requires proven experience in corporate/finance roles, strong finance functional knowledge, and excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solution meets customer objectives.
  • Lead experienced consulting teams on challenging projects.
  • Drive customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries.
  • Create new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands, and knowledge of competitive product offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires:

  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate/Finance roles.
  • 5+ years' experience working in professional services or consulting.
  • Experience in leading digital Finance Transformations utilizing cloud technology, Oracle Fusion preferred.
  • A solid track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Experience in Enterprise Performance Management.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Cloud ERP transformation projects with a focus on finance.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
