Job Overview

As a strategic advisor in our People Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping staff and leader experience across the organisation.

The opportunity exists to contribute to projects and improvements that transform People Advisory services and support our mission to solve the greatest challenges through innovative science and technology.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, be able to interpret and advise on policies and procedures, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality people advice and coaching across the employee lifecycle.
  • Receive, triage and respond to complex queries, escalating or seeking guidance where appropriate.
  • Support the Team Leader in monitoring service requests and contributing to improvements in People Advisory processes and services.
  • Develop and maintain systems and operational support for centralised People initiatives.
