**Job Title:** Communications Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and deliver strategic communication and engagement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and alumni management plans.
  • Lead communication campaign strategies across digital and traditional mediums.
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of communications, marketing, and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee enrolment strategies and online promotion of professional learning programs.
  • Provide expert communications advice and manage risks and issues.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and deliver outcomes under pressure.
  • Knowledge of marketing and communications theory, tools, and practices.
  • Experience with learner management systems and online content management systems.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
