Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective stakeholder engagement strategies that support our agency's goals and objectives.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to drive business results and foster strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between our organization and stakeholders, including community organizations, advocacy groups, and other key partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective engagement and collaboration
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand stakeholder needs and priorities, and use this information to inform engagement plans
  • Represent our organization at meetings and events with stakeholders, and provide regular updates on engagement activities and outcomes
  • Support project teams by providing advice and guidance on stakeholder engagement best practices
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences on stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public relations, communication, or marketing
  • At least 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, public relations, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of stakeholder engagement best practices, including engagement with diverse communities and the use of digital tools for engagement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with government processes and regulations is an advantage
