Job Title:

Supply Chain Operations Manager

About the Role:

The Customer Fulfilment Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing the Customer Fulfilment team. This includes ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders across both domestic and export markets.

  • Lead, mentor and drive the team to reach their own development goals while achieving organisational objectives
  • Development & implementation of the Customer Fulfilment strategy & culture plans, referencing both logistics and organisational strategy
  • Support in the implementation of the overall organisational Logistics strategy
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with key internal cross-functional teams
  • Develop and support customer collaboration processes with internal and external parties
  • Analyse supply chain data and provide improvement recommendations
  • Manage the customer credit & claims process
  • Support transport/freight forwarder contract negotiations and adherence to KPIs.

Responsibilities:

This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement to support organisational objectives and deliver exceptional service to customers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with direct people leadership
  • 5+ years' experience in a supply chain management role
  • Previous experience in dealing with exported goods & international shipping
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
