Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement and logistics operations at one of Queensland's largest healthcare facilities.

  • Lead a small team of three, ensuring effective inventory control and supplier management
  • Manage stores and inventory, ensuring efficient processing of goods
  • Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and conduct regular stocktakes
  • Oversee procurement processes, parts requisition, and warranty claims
  • Ensure supplier management and fair market value compliance
  • Generate purchase requests, usage reconciliation, and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or procurement operations
  • Supervisory/people management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
