Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Manager

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient management of procurement and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3 direct reports to manage stores and inventory efficiently
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stocktakes to optimize inventory management
  • Oversee procurement processes, parts requisition, and warranty claims to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate fair market value contracts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Generate reports on purchasing activities, usage reconciliation, and asset tracking to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supply chain management or logistics operations
  • Strong supervisory and people management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
